Project Context
NOCMB demonstrates the efficiency of the Open Innovation process. ACT Innovation Branch collaborated with SHAPE, JFC's and SSC's to develop NOCMB. They are now keen to develop its potential further and continue with improvements to the software. NOCMB has showcased over 200 feature improvements to help with the intel-collection process. NOCMB's flexible structure allows further development to meet additional NATO and national needs.

Cut Video Explainer
This was an explainer video I created for NOCMB, Unfornitly, it was decided that a more simplistic video would be used for NOCMB because of a timeline requirement.
However, I later turned the project file into a template for the Innovation Hub. So any of the 6 other MVP teams could quickly create a similar video with minimal After Effects knowledge.
