In 2020 I started working with Mr. Caldwell's daughter Liza to update their marketing and digital presence. Which included website updates, newsletter changes , and creating new marketing and branding materials.
Working together with Liza and her resources we created a set of goals and KPI's we could use to track the success of these updates. While giving us valuable user data based on her professional expertise and customer understanding.
